i loved the easy beach access with staff ready to set you up with chairs, it was perfect. aurora's check-in gave a great first impression. fresh empanadas and white sangria greeted us. the pool had a great vibe even with kids and live music. i couldn't wait to return. drinks and bites at the bar tasted unique!
i expected more for nearly $400 per night. the room felt small. the furniture seemed basic. complimentary water wasn't replenished daily. valet parking at $60 per night felt overpriced, it's really something

The room was not what i expected, especially considering the price. the city skyline view king room had a strange smell when i entered, a stale odor lingered. housekeeping also missed a spot on the bathroom floor. A small stain remained throughout my stay. the promised bottled water wasn't consistently provided. this felt cheap for what i paid.

Johan, the beach attendant, was very helpful. He made sure i had everything i needed.. I enjoyed relaxing on the beach. Breakfast had many options and everything tasted fresh.
The ac was very loud. It was hard to sleep sometimes. It made getting to my room difficult.

i found the hotel staff to be helpful and kind. eryn, the beach assistant, offered excellent customer service! she was super thoughtful. a raise is well-deserved!
the hotel charged high prices for food and beverages, similar to a 5-star hotel. despite advertising cheaper room rates, the rooms were smaller than expected. also, they stopped providing bottled water in the rooms after the first day.

the location of the hotel was acceptable. it was close to various attractions.
i was not happy with several things. the bathroom mirror was loose, posing a safety hazard. there was excessive noise at night as kids were running around the corridors past midnight. i had to ask for room service three times and it only arrived at 7 pm.
